2. Construction preparation
1. Material

4. Grassroots processing

3. Construction process
(1) Primer construction
1. Prepare: According to the instructions of the Thief Primer, the main agent: curing agent: = [1] : [ 0.1] : For precise proportioning, stir with an electric mixer on low speed for 5 - 8 minutes, then let it sit for 10 minutes until bubbles escape.
2. (2) Interim painting construction

(4) Special parts treatment
1. Yin-Yang angle: First apply the preformed rubber corner protectors, and then brush or spray paint to strengthen them. The thickness will be increased by 20% to prevent stress concentration and cause coating cracking.
2. Pipe interface: After wrapping the sealing tape, apply sealant multiple times, and cover it with a polyurea coating and a wide outlet to ensure waterproof sealing.
3. Slide surface: After the primer and mid-coat are constructed, add an appropriate amount of anti-skid particles to the topcoat, mix and spray evenly. After curing, the particles are exposed and the friction coefficient reaches [50] Above, ensure the safety of taxiing.
4. Quality control
1. Each process combines self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection, construction personnel self-inspection, group cross-inspection, and quality personnel random inspection. If the pass rate is less than 95%, the work will be reworked immediately.
2. 5. Safety and environmental protection measures
