Polyaspartate polyurea (abbreviated as aspartate polyurea) is called the fourth generation polyurea. It abandons the shortcomings of aromatic polyurea and aliphatic polyurea (first, second, and third generation products). It has many advantages such as convenient and efficient construction, good weather resistance, and high tensile strength. It can complete the reaction at room temperature or even zero degrees Celsius, and its material properties are excellent. It is currently the ceiling material in the field of waterproofing ； Polyurea waterproof coating is easy and fast to construct and has excellent overall performance. It can be used in fields such as building waterproofing, water conservancy projects, steel structure offshore buoys, string protection, national defense industry, truck linings, road signs and decorative props.

Scope of application: It is suitable for building and bridge deck waterproofing, industrial heavy-duty anti-corrosion, and concrete durability protection. It can also be used in water conservancy projects, sewage treatment facilities, as well as water parks, artificial landscapes, interior decoration, cartoon shapes and other scenes.

Construction technology
  ◑ Base surface pretreatment: Dust and clean the base surface to completely remove impurities ； Repair holes, cracks and floating sand to ensure the base surface is smooth and solid.
  ◑ Waterproof coating construction: Mix the Asparagus polyurea elastic waterproof coating thoroughly according to the specified proportion and mix it evenly. Use roller coating to apply it in multiple passes to ensure that the coating is uniform and has no leakage. The final thickness reaches 1.5mm. ； The painting operation must be completed within the potable period of the paint.
  ◑ closed water test: Three days after the construction of the waterproof coating is completed, conduct a closed water test, inject the specified amount of water into the pool, and continue to observe it for more than 12 hours to check the sealing performance of the coating and whether there is leakage to ensure that the waterproofing effect reaches the standard.

1) Material usage specifications
  ◑ Ratio requirements: Strictly weigh accurately according to the mass ratio standards of product components A and B to ensure accurate mixing ratio.
  ◑ Stirring requirements: Stir the paint thoroughly to a uniform state to avoid local deposition that affects performance.
  ◑ time limit requirements: Materials must be used within the specified usable time to avoid waste caused by reaction deterioration.
2)Construction environment and base surface conditions
  ◑ Environmental requirements: Keep the construction environment well ventilated ； High temperature and high humidity environment will shorten the material operation time, so you need to consult on-site technical service personnel.
  ◑ Basal conditions: The base surface must be dry and dust-free before construction.
3) Finished product protection and safety protection
  ◑ Finished product protection: No one is allowed to enter within 48 hours after the construction is completed, and subsequent processes can only be carried out after passing the closed water test.
  ◑ Security protection: Avoid product contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs accidentally, rinse immediately with plenty of water. ； In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and seek medical advice immediately.

Shipping and packaging
1. When packaging this product, avoid squeezing and keep the packaging intact.
2. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, and the storage temperature should be 0℃-30℃.
3. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life of unopened products is 1 year.
4. Products are packed in iron drums: 9kg/36kg group.
