- Product Name: Polyurethane polyurea
Polyurethane polyurea material is an elastic coating material formed by the reaction of isocyanate components and amino compound components (including polyetheramine, chain extender, etc.). It combines the flexibility of polyurethane and the weather resistance of polyurea. It has the composite advantages of "strong protection + high elasticity + fast curing" and is suitable for surface protection and decoration in multiple scenarios.
Features:
◑ Super weather-resistant and anti-corrosion: Resistant to ultraviolet aging, high and low temperature resistance (stable use at -40℃~120℃), and resistant to acid, alkali, salt spray, and swimming pool disinfectant (chlorine) corrosion.
◑ High elasticity and impact resistance: The elongation at break is ≥300%, and the impact absorption performance reaches 25%-40%, buffering external impacts and reducing the risk of injury.
◑ Quick curing and easy construction: It dries in 10-30 minutes after spraying/brushing at room temperature and is fully cured in 24 hours, greatly shortening the construction cycle. ； The coating has no seams and can be formed in one go to avoid leakage hazards.
◑ Environmental protection and safety standards: Low VOC content, no pungent odor, suitable for use in a variety of indoor and outdoor places.
◑ Wear-resistant and easy to maintain: High surface hardness, super wear-resistant and easy to clean.
Scope of application:
◑ Waterproof protection: Inner walls of swimming pools/lazy rivers, roofs/basements, and inner walls of chemical storage tanks, with seamless coatings that resist water and corrosion. ；
◑ Sports and recreation: Indoor and outdoor basketball courts, roller skating ground, children's playground, kindergarten activity area surface, high elasticity protection safety ；
◑ industrial transportation: Workshop floors, parking lot ramps (non-slip and wear-resistant), containers, truck compartments, resistant to high-frequency use and harsh environments ；
◑ architectural decoration: Commercial space floors (exhibition halls, parent-child playgrounds, etc.) and exterior walls are coated with imitation stone/metal coatings, which are both beautiful and protective.
Construction process ：
◑ basic processing: The foundation must be smooth and without cracks, the surface must be clean and dry, and any oil stains/impurities must be polished away. ；
◑ Primer application: Apply special interface agent evenly (to enhance adhesion) and dry at room temperature for 4-6 hours ；
◑ Coating construction: Use high-pressure airless spraying (large area) or scraper painting (small area), and mold according to the designed thickness, with an interval of 2-4 hours between each pass. ；
◑ Curing and curing: It is prohibited to step on it within 24 hours after construction, and avoid rolling it with heavy objects within 7 days to ensure complete curing. ；
◑ Acceptance and delivery: Check that the coating is free of bubbles and delamination, test the adhesion and waterproofness, and deliver after meeting standards.
