- Product Name: Breeding paint
It is an environmentally friendly functional coating specially developed for aquaculture facilities. It is based on water-based polymer resin and integrates nano-antifouling technology and anti-corrosion formula. It can form a dense and tough protective film on the surface of various aquaculture facilities. The product directly addresses the pain points of traditional farming - solving problems such as corrosion and leakage of facilities, crazy growth of algae, and secondary pollution of water quality, providing a safe and stable growth environment for aquatic organisms such as fish and shrimp fry, while extending the service life of facilities and reducing long-term operation and maintenance costs.

Features:
  ◑ Food grade environmental protection and safety: Water-based formula (water is the diluent), nearly zero VOC and no odor ； Through SGS certification, heavy metals and formaldehyde have not been detected, and it will not pollute the water body after curing, which can improve the survival rate of fish and shrimp.
  ◑ Super anti-corrosion protection: Anti-chloride formula, resistant to salt spray for more than 5,000 hours, resistant to sea/freshwater immersion and salt-alkali erosion ； Prevent cement aging, metal corrosion, and solve leakage problems.
  ◑ Level 0 algae resistance and easy maintenance: Level 0 inhibition of filamentous algae (no growth) ； The surface is smooth and contains less dirt, and the cleaning cycle is extended by more than three times, reducing labor maintenance costs.
  ◑ Convenient construction and strong adaptability: No harmful curing agent is needed, it can be applied by adding 25%-30% water, and it supports roller coating/brushing/spraying ； The paint film is both hard and elastic, covers fine seams, and is resistant to temperature differences of -40℃~60℃.

Scope of application: Freshwater aquaculture: Fish and shrimp nursery ponds, broodstock ponds, circulating water breeding tanks, ornamental fish tanks ； Mariculture: Sea cucumber pond, shrimp and crab pond, cage frame, factory breeding workshop ；
Special scenes: Incubators, temporary breeding tanks, water purification tanks, metal supports and pipes.

Construction process ：
  ◑ Base surface treatment: The cement pool needs to be maintained for more than 28 days to remove oil stains and floating ash and repair cracks. ； Make sure the base surface is dry (moisture content ≤8%) and smooth ；
  ◑ Painting construction: Brush the corners and around the pipes first, then proceed to large areas. It is recommended to paint 2 times in a criss-cross method, with an interval of 5-8 hours between each time. ；
  ◑ Maintenance enabled: After construction, let it dry naturally for 7 days. After the paint film is completely cured, water will be poured into it. Seedlings can be released after testing that the water quality reaches the standard.
